The Full Story

Hello, my name is Jay Davis. My field of passion is photography, videography, and producing. My interest in media began when I was younger I assisted my grandfather with his videography and photography business. I always enjoyed being able to capture moments that people could treasure for a lifetime. My specialty is seeing a picture before it is taken. This allows me to have a better foresight of what I am shooting. I have been able to gather a better depth perception, resulting in a deeper image that can capture not only what is in front of me, but my whole surroundings.

Some of my previous experience includes leading my school's media team, working as a camera personnel for Madison Mission SDA, and a videographer for Disability Services LLC. My future goals for my media career are to begin a business of my own, ally a strong client base, and further grow my skills. I plan on accomplishing these by taking more classes, experiencing new things, such as new styles of production, meeting new people, broadening my horizons beyond just what I’m comfortable with, and showing my skills to others.
